Shipping policy

We work hard to get your Harry Barker products out the door as quickly as possible. Here are a few things you should know up front:

We try to process and ship all orders, small or large, within one to two business days, depending on when orders are received.

All delivery dates and time frames are business day estimates, and are not guaranteed.

All of our services are provided for by FedEx, and, while we wish we had the dog-power to ship 24/7, we do not ship on non-business days or holidays.

I'VE PLACED AN ORDER - WHEN WILL IT SHIP?
Orders placed prior to 10:30 AM (EST) will be processed and ship out the same business day, unless orders require edits (bed orders, treat orders, orders that include personalization).

Orders placed after 10:30 AM (EST), or any orders requiring edits will be processed and ship out the next business day.

If you ordered an item that included personalization (i.e., a monogrammed collar, bed, bed cover, or toy bin), please allow an additional 14 business days for embroidery, as we take painstaking care to get these orders 110% correct.

MY ORDER SHIPPED - HOW DO I TRACK IT?
When an order ships, we immediately send a confirmation email to the same address used for purchase, which includes shipping and tracking information.

Using the provided tracking information, you can easily track your order by either visiting the carrier's website, or by utilizing our handy order tracker app HERE.

DO YOU SHIP:
To APO / FPO / PO BOX Addresses? At this time, we cannot ship to these addresses, but we are currently working on adding FedEx SmartPost to our delivery options, which would allow us to ship to these addresses in the near future. Please stay tuned!

To International Addresses? Unfortunately, Mission Pets is unable to ship to international locations. Please speak to us about our international retailers to find an international Mission Pets store.

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING HOLIDAYS?
Mission Pets will not ship products on the following days. Please note that all orders sent on these days will be processed and shipped on the following business day.

Because we strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible, most orders cannot be changed once submitted; however, Mission Pets' Customer Service Team might still be able to help!
