Customer Service Associate

Mission Pets is looking for a full-time Customer Service Associate to join our growing team. This person will be the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and webform, and works to create solutions that are best for the customer and for the company.
Customer Service Associate Responsibilities:
• Resolve customer service issues and requests related to received products and orders with an ever-positive attitude
• Be the first point of contact for new wholesale customer accounts and returning customers and assist in occasional customer order writing
• Uphold the customer service culture and norms within the company in all interactions with customers
• Maintain the Customer Service / FAQs tab on the website
• Identify and suggest new customer service best practices and opportunities for improvement to the Head of Ecommerce
• Support the Ecommerce and Marketing team with ad hoc sales promotions and digital marketing efforts
Essential Attributes:
• Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Highly detail-oriented and a self-starter
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Dedication to customer loyalty
Education and/or Experience:
• Two or four year degree in general studies
• A strong understanding of the consumer product industry and the ability to seek and understand trends
• 1+ years of customer service or account management experience
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
