We gathered some helpful information to make your holiday shopping go as smoothly as possible. After all, the most important thing is getting those gifts in time to make tails wag on Christmas morning!

Holiday Return Policy

Any purchases made in November or December can be returned or exchanged through January 30, 2022. Harry Barker will gladly accept any unused, unwashed, or undamaged product. Original tags must still be attached, and there will be a 10% restocking fee deducted from the return balance. Please contact customer service at 843-766-8686 or info@harrybarker.com to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number. Merchandise refunds will be made in the form of original payment only. We do not refund original shipping and handling charges and customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

Q: Can I Use Multiple Coupon Codes on My Order?
A: Our website only allows one discount code per order. 

Q: Do you offer gift messaging?
A: Yes. In your cart, simply click the box that says "Is this a gift?" that appears under the subtotal and fill in the note fields. 

Q: Will I receive tracking for my shipment?
A: Yes, once your order has been given to FedEx you will receive an email at the email address provided at checkout with the FedEx tracking number. 

Q: What should I do if my package said it was delivered but I didn't receive it?
A: Please contact Customer Service within seven days of published delivery to report the package was not received. Customer service will then open a trace case with FedEx, which typically takes 48 hours for investigation. 
 

Q: What's the best way to reach customer service?
A: Customer Service is available Monday through Friday, 9am ET to 5pm ET. For the fastest response, email info@harrybarker.com. If more comfortable with a call, we can be reached at 843-766-8686. Please allow 24-48 hours for a response. 

Q: Will my monogrammed order arrive before Christmas?
A: As long as our order is placed prior to 12/1/21 you will receive your personalized items before 12/25/21. We will do our best to rush orders placed after that date but cannot guarantee a delivery prior to Christmas. Unfortunately, we are not able to expedite any monogrammed items. 

Q: Will Harry Barker price match?
A: We are not able to price match from any other source. If Harry Barker runs a discount on an item you purchased that has not shipped yet, you may request for the new discount to be applied.
