Any purchases made in November or December can be returned or exchanged through January 30, 2024. Harry Barker will gladly accept any unused, unwashed, or undamaged product. Original tags must still be attached, and there will be a 10% restocking fee deducted from the return balance. Please contact customer service at 843-766-8686 or info@harrybarker.com to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number. Merchandise refunds will be made in the form of original payment only. We do not refund original shipping and handling charges and customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
Q: Can I Use Multiple Coupon Codes on My Order?
A: Our website only allows one discount code per order.
Q: Do you offer gift messaging?
A: Yes. In your cart, simply click the box that says "Is this a gift?" that appears under the subtotal and fill in the note fields.
Q: Will I receive tracking for my shipment?
A: Yes, once your order has been given to FedEx you will receive an email at the email address provided at checkout with the FedEx tracking number.
Q: What should I do if my package said it was delivered but I didn't receive it?
A: Please contact Customer Service within seven days of published delivery to report the package was not received. Customer service will then open a trace case with FedEx, which typically takes 48 hours for investigation.
