We know that, from time to time, we may not be the best at explaining ourselves as clearly as possible on certain topics, so we compiled a list of questions we're asked on a pretty regular basis to help clarify.

Funny you should ask! We're a San Francisco based company dedicated to creating solutions-oriented, thoughtfully-designed pet apparel and accessories. Sometimes, we even make gear for people.
You may be more familiar with our work from visits you might have made to Petco, Pet Value, ASDA, PetBarn, or even your local pup boutique. We make all of those cute Pup Crew, Simply Wag, Smoochie Pooch, Wag-A-Tude, and Lulu Pink dog clothes and accessories.
You also might be more familiar with one of our newest additions to the family, Harry Barker. Back in April of 2017, we added Harry Barker to the Mission Pets family, and, as of February of 2018, we're happy to have all of our brands under one web roof!


That's correct! We used to go by the name of SimplyShe from 1999 up until April of 2017, when we changed our name to Mission Pets to better reflect both our business and our passion! We think the name Mission Pets both speaks to where we're from and where we're going - creating products that help pets and their people experience life's great adventures together. 


We're sorry to hear you weren't completely satisfied with a product you purchased from Mission Pets! We currently accept returns and exchanges from within the USA (sorry, rest of world - we're working on this!) that were purchased directly through our website. While we can't facilitate returns or exchanges of our products from other retailers, we highly encourage you to ask for help in returns and exchanges from the original place of purchased.

i'm a wholesale customer and i love your products - how do i place an order?

We're so happy to hear that you are interested in purchasing our products for your store or retail space! We ask that all potential wholesale customers fill out our Wholesaler Application Form for internal approval prior to being able to purchase our products at wholesale. This allows our accounting team time to review your account information, and gives our operations team all of the necessary information they need in order to process your purchases as quickly and seamlessly as possible prior to your very first order. We take pride in the positive experiences our customers have in purchasing products from us, and want to make sure we're providing you with the most seamless checkout experience we can!

If you were a registered Harry Barker wholesale customer prior to February 22, 2018: You should have received a Wholesale Account Activation / Invitation email from a member of our team at Mission Pets between February 5-20, inviting you to our Wholesale portal and activating your new Wholesale account at If you have not received this email, or if you need assistance in setting up your new Mission Pets Wholesale account, please feel free to reach out to our Customer Service team at, and we'll help you with the ins and outs of your Wholesale transition.

Where did go?

Back in April of 2017, Mission Pets welcomed Harry Barker into their family of brands. In February of 2018, joined the website, bringing all of Mission Pets' brands and products under one e-roof! We are happy to welcome the Harry Barker you know and love to, and are optimistic that this new chapter for Harry Barker will provide loyal Barkers with:

     More visibility to their accounts, orders, shipping information, and product availability
     Faster processing and fulfillment lead times for online purchases

I Don't Live in california - why am i being charged sales tax?

While Mission Pets is headquartered in San Francisco, California, we have employees and house some of our products around the country. Due to Sales Tax regulations, we charge sales taxes on all orders with shipping addresses located in California, South Carolina, and Washington State.
