MINIMUM ORDER

• Your customer number will be established when you place your first order. Use this number when placing orders by phone, fax, or mail.

• The minimum initial order with Harry Barker is $200.
• After your first purchase, subsequent orders only need to meet our minimum of $100.

RESALE CERTIFICATE

BACK ORDERS

• A copy of your resale certificate is required to purchase Harry Barker products at wholesale prices. Please fax it to us at 843.763.2030.

• If an item is not available, we will contact you. If you ask to back order an item, you will be responsible for shipping charges when the order is filled.

RETURN POLICY

• To receive our wholesale catalog, sign-on as a wholesale customer, download our pdf catalog.
• Or click on Request Catalog to request one for shipment  in our next catalog shipping.
• We love to send our catalog internationally, but to cover postage, we must charge $5.00 for each.

• All sales are final. 
• Credit issued only for defective or damaged merchandise and for products shipped to you in error. 
• Claims must be within 5 days of receipt of merchandise. 
• Liability for merchandise qualifying for credit is limited to the value of the products returned.

• By internet (www.harrybarker.com) - shop and order online on our secure site 24 hours a day/seven days a week. Check back frequently and receive specials that are available only on the website. A confirmation email will be sent to the given email address.
• By fax - 1.843.763.2030. You can order 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
• By phone - call toll free 1-800-HI-HARRY (444.2779). Hours: M-F 9AM to 6PM EST is this the correct time
• By mail – please print out and write your order on the following pdf document. If you do not have adobe acrobat, download a free version at this link.

• Orders must be prepaid by money order, check or credit card - VISA, MasterCard and American Express.
• Orders paid by credit card and money order will be shipped upon authorization of charges or receipt of money order. Orders paid by check will be held 10 business days and released on the 11th day.

TURNAROUND TIME/TRACKING ORDERS

DISCONTINUED ITEMS

• Orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days of receipt. Please allow 2-5 business days for shipping.
• Track orders on the website. Upon shipment, an email will be sent to the given email, specifying shipping information.

• As we develop new products, we occasionally discontinue others. We apologize if discontinuing a product creates an inconvenience for you or your customers.

SHIPPING

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

• Federal Express is our shipping method of choice and will be used unless otherwise specified. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be prepaid along with the products ordered. Freight charges will be added to the invoice.
• Next day delivery is only available on phone orders for in-stock item.
• Weekend orders are shipped during business days.
• Please allow 2-4 weeks for back order and custom items.
• UPS and FedEx cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

• Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories – We ship to these areas via FedEx. Please expect higher shipping charges. Some heavy weight and oversized items require higher charges.
• Orders outside the USA (Including Canada) – You must contact us by phone or fax for your order. Shipping charges are based on weight of each package. We can ship via FedEx Express or USPS. Please allow additional time for international deliveries. You are responsible for any duty or taxes upon delivery of your order.
